Teachers can arrive at the Duluth International Airport (DLH) in Duluth, Minnesota.
For those driving to Duluth, Minnesota or coming from another airport:
Please proceed directly to the AmericInn of Duluth South, MN, arriving no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, June 22nd.
All Tour participants need to arrive at the hotel no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday to check in, register with the Foundation, and be ready for orientation in the hotel’s meeting room at 5:00pm. Following orientation, we will board a bus to a nearby restaurant and continue our evening with a social hour, keynote speaker and dinner.
Throughout the Tour, bus transportation is provided by Minnesota Coaches & Voyageur Bus Company.
Please remember that any hotel or transportation expenses incurred prior to Tuesday or after Friday afternoon are the responsibility of you and your sponsor. If you choose to fly to an airport other than the designated airport, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements to arrive at the AmericInn of Duluth South, MN in Proctor, Minnesota by 4:30pm on Tuesday, June 22nd.
Upon arriving to the AmericInn on Tuesday, participants can first check in to their hotel rooms, and then stop by the registration table in the lobby to receive tour registration packets and to meet the Foundation's staff.
The Tour officially begins with an orientation and introductions at Black Woods Banquet and Catering Center, in the building next to the AmericInn, starting at 5:00pm for all participants. You will receive an overview of the tour from the Foundation's President/CEO and get an opportunity to meet facilitators and fellow participants.
Following orientation, Tour participants will be boarding the charter bus to head to dinner. We will begin the dinner event with a keynote speaker, beverages and appetizers.
Friday, June 25th, breakfast will be held in the hotel from 7:00-8:00am. Immediately following breakfast, tour participants will meet for a tour wrap-up, followed by evaluations. The wrap-up will be adjourned by 10:30am, at which time teachers will need to check out of hotel. Hotel check out time is 11:00am. Any additional expenses incurred at the hotel will be charged to the individual. For those flying out of DLH, shuttle service will be provided to the airport.

If you have not sent this in, or cannot locate the page in your packet, please download, print, complete, and return the form to Temperate Forest Foundation.
