The Temperate Forest Foundation will host on its website forest-related and other environmental curricula developed by teachers who graduated from one of the many Teacher Forestry Tour programs held across North America.
The Temperate Forest Foundation is committed to providing resources and support for science teachers and others to help raise student and public awareness in vitally important areas. Ensuring that students are receiving up-to-date, accurate information is particularly important as they constitute future generations of citizens, voters, employees, and policy makers. The choices they make will significantly affect the future of forests, the environment, and society in general.
Continuing with The Temperate Forest Foundation’s commitment of providing support and resources to educators, lesson plans are now available to download for your use. Lesson plans were submitted by teachers who have participated in our Teacher Forestry Tours.
