Les Jardin Botanique
This is where we had dinner after
touring the garden.
Spruce, native to this area, is sharp and
square (3 S's). Fir is flat and flexible (3 F's).
George Bruemmer, of Tembec and the
Forestry Research Partnership, (back left)
and Bill Steer with Canadian Ecology
Centre (back right) pose with four
teachers from Ontario. This group will
segue nicely into the next Canadian
Region Tour.
Many of the flowers were in full bloom.
Teachers were able to wander around
the botanical garden, drinks and
appetizers in hand.
Time for dinner!
Everyone was refreshed and ready to
eat after touring the garden.
Rino Perron, sponsored by Groupe
Savoie.
We were serenaded throughout dinner.
