Wednesday Evening:

The Quality Inn and Conference Center in Clarkston was home base for this year's Intermountain Region Teachers' Tour.

The boats that take us to dinner are conveniently located behind the hotel.

Jet Boat and Dinner

After a short tour orientation, teachers boarded a jet boat supplied by Beamers Hells Canyon Tours for a short tour down the Snake River to dinner at Heller Bar. Heller bar is located 28 miles south of Clarkston, Washington on the Snake River at the mouth of the Grand Ronde River. Along the way our driver Captain Dan pointed out historical points of interest.
